We’re thrilled about your background and think you’d be an incredible fit for our Head of Creative role. This isn’t just another creative leadership job—it’s a rare chance to shape the next era of Plaid’s brand and lead it in bold, new directions.
You’d be guiding a 20+ person team of designers and writers, spanning brand design, campaigns, experiential, and copywriting. They care deeply about craft and making work that genuinely matters—and they’re eager for a leader who will push boundaries with them.
Together, you’d be responsible for Plaid’s most ambitious brand pushes to date: from large-scale campaigns and video production to experiential events and refining our new brand system across every surface. It’s a chance to expand a B2B brand into B2C, build momentum at a pivotal pre-IPO moment, and set a new creative bar that will define Plaid for years to come.
